We are a charming 17+ acre equine training center specializing in dressage, young riders and sport horse prospects. We also offer a lesson horse. A lovely, safe facility, designed with the horse in mind.

True personalized care with as much turnout as your horse desires. We offer a full size dressage arena with state of the art fiber footing, an oversized round pen, a conditioning hill, plenty of room for hacking, and more!

There are two onsite caretakers and we are conveniently located near UCF, Rollins College, and Stetson University.

Owner/trainer on site, use of fly predators for pest control, individual turn-out, round pen, dressage arena, individual feeding plans, and more.

Training, lessons and boarding for training horses.

Our barn is a quiet barn with no dramas

We offer:
* Daily turnout for
* feeding morning and evening grain and hay.
* daily stall cleaning
* spraying the horses with fly spray before turnout (you provide the fly spray ).
* rinse off after turnout as needed.
* in winter, if necessary, putting on a winter blanket in the evening and taking it of in the morning.

The facility offers :
-a round pen
-an arena
-bathroom
-a shared tack room (with fridge )
-3 turnout areas.
-washing rack.
-4 cross ties.
-sitting area with tables.


In every stall you’d find:
2 buckets of water.
One feeder.
One fan.
Beddings

The board does not include :
* veterinarian treatment
* farrier
* training/exercise rides
* lunging
* special care after a vet or farrier

There is an option for training/exercising rides , lunging or give an extra care after the vet or farrier with extra fees

If its the mosquito time of the year, we have our own fogger to take care of it.

We are a clean and quiet barn and no dramas.

Horse Boarding available now on 34 acres in Navarre / Holley, next to AFB property. Individual barn stalls with outside paddocks available. Our new place will offer a large 38 acre farm located near I-75, 1-50, Hwy 41, Withlacoochee State Park, 50 minutes to Tampa International Airport. We are closer to you then you think with many highways traveling North and South to us. Serving New Tampa, Tampa, Lakeland, Spring Hill, and more....Although we have show horses, we are not a fancy show barn. The horses are outside where they love to be in pasture.
