A beautiful 120 acre property offering Full Board in our North Barn and 2 East Barns, Full Board Pasture Suites, Barn sheltered pasture board, several private and semi-private sheltered pastures, and a senior gelding pasture to fit your needs on a gated/private property for you to enjoy! This property offers barn shelters in each pasture. Our pastures are green and highly maintained WITH DRAINAGE SYSTEMS and we use Fly Predators to eliminate flies. Both individual turnout and group turnout offered. Senior/retired horses welcome in our senior pasture! 12 beautiful, green & maintained pastures with drainage systems, 4+ miles of trails around the property, large sand training/exercise ring with bleacher seating, 2 round pens, Grass jump course, dressage ring, foundation training area, 3 covered wash racks, tack areas, 2 lakes for your horse to swim in, trailer parking, EXCELLENT QUALITY CARE with caretakers, barn manager and owners all living on site! Triple Crown feeds. Trainer onsite if you wish to have lessons OR you can bring in your own trainer provided they are insured. We offer a relaxed, clean and happy adult environment (age 18 and up).
