Owner/Operator with 40 plus years equestrian experience: worth its weight in gold to have someone who can spot dehydration, the early signs of colic, and other major issues that if left too long can result in not only high dollar vet care but also the possible loss of your horse.

HIGH AND DRY PROPERTY - HURRICANE RATED BARN. After Hurricane Ian, and Debby: we had minimal pasture flooding - approximately 70 percent dry pastures! ...barn remains dry and comfortable. We do offer hurricane/storm board when stalls are available.


PARTIAL BOARD/SHARED CARE: $650

Hay, Feed, Shavings not included
I feed twice daily, turn in, out, spray for flies. Stall with fan, you do your own stall a minimum of 5 days a week

FULL BOARD: $1400
Includes Quality western and Canadian hay, Tribute feed, grass pastures in rainy season (grass does go dormant in fall and winter) we do feed ample hay to compensate. No extra cost for meeting with the vet, and/ or farrier. We are equipped to handle minor wound care at no extra cost. Also includes transport to local parks for trail riding on occasion. Includes fly masks on/off and spray for flies.

We are located East off I75 (Clark Road Exit), SARASOTA. Exactly 15 minutes from the interstate. A hurricane rated barn, and whole house generator means you won't have to evacuate your horse. We specialize in taking the worry about your horse/s off your mind. We strive to keep them comfortable with fresh stalls, and water refreshed to encourage hydration. We care for yours like ours, not a cliche' 3 or less horses turned out together (if compatible, and after quarantine period). Onsite professional supervision (this is our job, we aren't leaving to go to a 9-5).

Board fenced paddock, no barbed wire. Miles of trails, just a short hack from the property (you will most likely find a buddy along the way.

We utilize a highly effective Fly predator program for optimal pest control.

Our barn is a quiet barn with no dramas

We offer:
* Daily turnout for
* feeding morning and evening grain and hay.
* daily stall cleaning
* spraying the horses with fly spray before turnout (you provide the fly spray ).
* rinse off after turnout as needed.
* in winter, if necessary, putting on a winter blanket in the evening and taking it of in the morning.

The facility offers :
-a round pen
-an arena
-bathroom
-a shared tack room (with fridge )
-3 turnout areas.
-washing rack.
-4 cross ties.
-sitting area with tables.


In every stall you’d find:
2 buckets of water.
One feeder.
One fan.
Beddings

The board does not include :
* veterinarian treatment
* farrier
* training/exercise rides
* lunging
* special care after a vet or farrier

There is an option for training/exercising rides , lunging or give an extra care after the vet or farrier with extra fees

If its the mosquito time of the year, we have our own fogger to take care of it.

We are a clean and quiet barn and no dramas.
No pets (cats , dogs ec.)

Stalls cleaned daily and manure is bagged to keep flies to a minimum
Extra charges for holding for farrier, vet visits and administering medications.
Barn hours are 6am - 8pm, gate is locked at night unless you ask owner for access
Open barn (no enclosed tack room yet) there are cubbies and shelving set up for your tack and personal items.
Access to trainers if needed but feel free to bring yours for lessons etc

Shamrock Lee Farms is a beautiful full service barn situated minutes from Downtown Sarasota and a stones throw away from the brand new University Town Center mall. Don't let all that bustle fool you, SLF is a quiet farm nestled under hundred year oak trees that really give you the feel of old Florida. We have 16 acres of paddocks, 2 arenas one large and a smaller one that is fenced in for our ponies and novice riders. There are 2 barns with 14 stalls 12 being 12x12 with rubber mats and sliding doors with yolks. 2 stalls are foaling stalls being 12x24 also with rubber mats and full camera operation.
