Owner/Operator with 40 plus years equestrian experience: worth its weight in gold to have someone who can spot dehydration, the early signs of colic, and other major issues that if left too long can result in not only high dollar vet care but also the possible loss of your horse.

HIGH AND DRY PROPERTY - HURRICANE RATED BARN. After Hurricane Ian, and Debby: we had minimal pasture flooding - approximately 70 percent dry pastures! ...barn remains dry and comfortable. We do offer hurricane/storm board when stalls are available.

Includes Quality western and Canadian hay, Tribute feed, grass pastures in rainy season (grass does go dormant in fall and winter) we do feed ample hay to compensate. No extra cost for meeting with the vet, and/ or farrier. We are equipped to handle minor wound care at no extra cost. Also includes transport to local parks for trail riding on occasion. Includes fly masks on/off and spray for flies.

We are located East off I75 (Clark Road Exit), SARASOTA. Exactly 15 minutes from the interstate. A hurricane rated barn, and whole house generator means you won't have to evacuate your horse. We specialize in taking the worry about your horse/s off your mind. We strive to keep them comfortable with fresh stalls, and water refreshed to encourage hydration. We care for yours like ours, not a cliche' 3 or less horses turned out together (if compatible, and after quarantine period). Onsite professional supervision (this is our job, we aren't leaving to go to a 9-5).

Cottonwood Equestrian Center in Lithia is offering spacious stalls (most 13' x 14' or 12' x 14) for $500 full stall board. Full board includes day or night turn out, rotational deworming every other month, custom feed program, blanketing and unblanketing in winter months and we are happy to fly spray before turn out if you leave your fly spray bottle on the blanket bar on the stall. We use slow feed hay nets to ensure everything is eaten instead of walked into the bedding. The barn is equipped with a bathroom (shower to follow) as well as a small refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. Additionally, the very roomy tack room is climate-controlled, has an equine meds refrigerator and there is plenty of storage for belongings. There are multiple surveillance cameras in the barn in addition to what is already on the property. Beautiful, quiet 10-acre property has a 70-foot round pen, two riding pastures, one with a dressage area and the other with a full jump course, grass turn outs, spacious hacking path with cross-country jumps and a future plan for competitive trail course. Three covered washracks and free trailer parking. Only three and a half miles from the nearest trail system and one mile farther in the same direction for Alafia State Park trail system. Only ten miles from Brandon Equine and for an extremely low trailering fee, availability depending of course, I will trailer for you in case of an ambulatory emergency or if you would like to simply save money for a routine visit by trailering in versus them coming out for a farm call, I can accommodate you there as well. Farasi Farm, home to Kris Di Carlo Hunter/Jumper is a full training, full care show barn and boarding facility. Located less then 15miles off hwy 75 in Bradenton Florida, with access from SR70 and 64, it is a great location with easy access to Ocala or Wellington for the winter circuits.
The 29 Stall barn with auto waterers, fly spray system, large stalls with open feel, sits on 10 acres of green grass, beautiful sunsets and even a small lake view. We have 11 grass turnout ( 2 extra extra large) 2 large riding arenas (one grass, one sand) as well as a round pen for any lunging or other needs. Full care board is also available for those who would like to utilize our tack up/groom service. discounts on show daycare, clipping for those who use this service.
There are 2 barns on property one newly built 23 stall barn and, an original to the property, 6 stall barn. All stalls are equipped with automatic waterers, rubber matted floors, and fly spray system. Cleaned 2-3 times per, hay and grain fed twice daily with quality Timothy/ Alfalfa hay from Canada and Nutrena grain. Supplements also are given and made with feed for each individual horse. Daily turnout, blanketing, shavings, all included in board. Also the barn has 4 wash stalls, with hot and cold water, double as grooming stalls and 3 extra grooming stalls set aside. Plenty of storage for your tack trunk and equipment. Tack is kept in the large air-conditioned tack room for riders to stay cool and tack to stay clean and mold free and help keep it in great condition. The lounge is equipped with a small kitchen, 2 full bathrooms for those who have things to do after riding and need a shower, and even wifi. Parents and guests can watch lessons comfortably indoors from the air-conditioned lounge in the hot summers or enjoy the nice fall breeze from the patio which overlooks the ring as well.

We are offering full care boarding in the Bradenton / Lakewood Ranch Area. Our facility is equipped with: 4 Heated and Cooled wash racks, 3 cross-ties, concrete isle ways, washers and dryers , a lit and irrigated arena, a 60 foot round pen, both 12x14 and 12x24 foot quality stalls with automatic waters and fly sprays and individual stall fans and lights , a ventilation system throughout barn, 10 paddocks of various sizes all with automatic watering systems, an air conditioned lounge area with dishwasher and cubbies for personal items, a climate controlled tack room with lockers for each boarder as well as saddle racks and storage etc, and a viewing room to watch riders in arena, fully equipped with a flat screen TV, kitchen and bathroom.
