Waters Edge Farm is a beautiful, 15+ acre facility conveniently located right off highway 73 between Huntersville and Concord. We have 2 outdoor arenas with all weather footing, an indoor arena, and a full course of show jumps. Each of the 25 stalls is matted for the horses comfort and ease of cleaning. Boarders enjoy their own private tack lockers, grooming stalls, and wash rack with hot/cold water. We have 12 grass paddocks and pastures and each horse has a customized feeding plan to ensure they maintain proper body condition. We are a small farm with several full board options. Our barn stalls feature 12 x 12 matted stalls, fans, and daily turnout. We have several stalls with attached paddocks for individual and private use. All horses are fed twice daily and have access to hay 24/7. Horses can be turned out at least 8-10 hours a day or more if requested. Because we are a small barn we can tailor your horses needs according to your specifications. Farrier is scheduled every 6-8 weeks depending if trim or shod, or you may schedule your own. Vet and farrier expenses are owners’ responsibility. Our facility is located in beautiful Berks County and offers a main barn on 40 acres. This barn has 11 rubber-matted stalls, a wash stall with heated water, a climate-controlled tack room, and a picnic area. Turnout offers a dry paddock and 9 large & small pastures. Ponies, gelding, and mares are turned out separately. There are automatic waterers in the pastures and stalls have heated buckets during the Winter season. Our sister barn #2 offers 10 acres with a 4-stall primitive bank barn. Our sister barn #3 offers extra-large rubber-matted stalls and a hot water wash stall. All on a private setting with separate mare & gelding turnout pastures. There is also a large heated & air-conditioned tack room.
We use Purina feed and offer diets geared to individual horse's needs. Pastures are groomed and, on a rotation, to provide good quality grass all season long.
There is an available small dressage ring, schooling paddock, large outdoor grass arena, and round pen for training and exercising.
Just a short horseback ride from the property you will find state game lands and the Horseshoe trail. There are a few wooded trails on the property for everyone to enjoy.
We have an instructor/trainer on site, but your trainer and instructor are welcome as is your vet & farrier.
Worming is done for all horses at the same time according to the seasons de-worming program. Yearly vaccine scheduling, veterinarian & barn Farrier on call 24/7, senior horse care, horse lay ups and mare care.

Evergreen Stables Equestrian Center in Scottsville offers stalls for full board at our beautiful naturally wooded property. We are a private quiet and peaceful facility. We live right on the property so your horse(s) are never left unseen for too long. We are never closed for boarders, holidays included.
Our full board includes a large, bright, airy, matted 11x11 box stall. The barn is lit with wonderfully bright LED lights. Stalls are fully cleaned daily and bedded with bagged shavings. We have a heated tack room for your equipment to store.
Personalized hay and grain is given three times a day to maintain the best healthy weight of each horse. There are no round bales, just good quality first and second cutting square bales. Supplements are also given at no extra charge. We use Smartpak for convenience, but feel free to make up your own supplements if you'd like.
Horses are turned out every day (weather permitting) with fly masks or blankets as the weather is needed.
You get full use of our facilities which include a large 72 x 120 CoverAll indoor arena with sand footing and led lights. It's not a standard dark indoor arena. This is a very bright wonderful covered arena that everyone enjoys riding in and does not need lights until it's dark outside.
There are a couple larger outdoor grass rings with several jumps to ride in the summer. Beautiful mowed trails are cut around our 20+ acres on a dead end street for extra riding experiences.

Horses are turned out together into two different groups based on personalities (we have the introductions down to a science), and yes, the mares and geldings can get along well, but if they don't, that's ok too. We have lot of experience with older senior horses. We will work with you and your horse.
We have barn Farrier and vet so you don't have to worry about finding your own.
Your own chiropractors, massage therapists etc. of your choice are welcome at no extra charge unless you need me to hold your horse. We also have a chiropractor come out at least once a year already and a massage therapist once a month.
Newly added cameras have been installed to help keep an eye on your horse while we are not at the barn.
As life time Rochester residents and horse owners we pride ourselves on the excellent care we provide to every horse at our stables. I pride myself on having an education specifically for the well-being of all horses. We have cared for horses for over 25 years, right on this property.
Lessons are not required but are available. All types of riders are welcome here. If you board and would like lessons, we can teach you in all styles.

I have a 256 acre Horse farm in Dallas Georgia 30132. I have 3 Lakes that my Grandfather built in the 1950's and 1960's because my Grandmother loved to fish. The biggest lake is 11 acres and the next is 8 acres and the last is 7 acres. These are available for fishing for a small fee. I also have a beautiful winding creek that runs through the property and all of these are the natural water sources for the horses. I have 3 round pens for ground work and a tack room. I have a 10,000 sq ft hay barn and a hospital stall if needed. I feed excellent quality hay that I raise on the farm from November through March. I have 7 pastures ranging from 11 acres to as large as 20 acres. Each Pasture has access to its own water source being either lake or creek. I have 12 acres of trails on the front of the Property and 63 acres of Trails on the back of the property. Also the property has lots of dirt roads less than a half a mile from the property that are also available for riding on through the woods. It is a very beautiful and peaceful laid back place to come and board if you are interested in boarding your horse at a place with Trails for riding. There is no barn drama here and most of my boarders have been with me for 8 to 10 years so it is an awesome and friendly atmosphere. The board fee is $150.00 per month per head for 7 months out of the year. In the winter months it goes to $250.00 per head to cover the hay that I put out in hay rings for the horses.
