Birds Eye View Equestrian Center is a full service boarding and training facility. We offer 12 block stalls and 8 wood stalls. We are located on 14 acres with a lighted arena, round pen, and grass jump/riding field. We cater to all breeds and all disciplines. We have a staff member on premise 24/7. Simplicity Stables is a first class equestrian facility that has something for just about anybody interested in learning or continuing their hunter/jumper riding or western riding, whether just for pleasure or competition. We are not solely an AQHA barn. The staff has competed, trained and shown many years in the open USEF circuit hunters and jumpers. We offer boarding, training, sales and riding lessons for all ages. Our prices are competitive with all the area's other facilities, but we are confident our programs will give you or your child not only fun with riding horses but the education to do so correctly.
Our complete horse show schedule follows through all year with both the local level shows including GOHJA and Horseshows in the Park to the A circuit including HITS. We also attend the AQHA circuit shows with our horses in the Hunter, Lounge line, Equitation, Western Pleasure, Western Riding, Showmanship and Horsemanship divisions. Here at Simplicity Stables, we are very proud of our family-friendly atmosphere with a competitive edge. We promote safety first as well as instruct our riders in the traditional hunt seat riding. Effectiveness is key to the competitive rider and we follow a program that will teach the rider to not only look good but to ride well too. Here at Simplicity Stables horse and rider simply do come together.

Small, full service, dressage oriented boarding and training facility in Vero Beach, FL. We offer a customized program for you and your horse's individual needs. We offer 12x12 matted stalls, fans, fly spray system, state of the art dressage arena, schooling ring, round pen, individual day or night turnout, controlled security entrances. We'd love to welcome you to our horse ranch of 20 acres here at Arnett's Gulfside Trail Rides, Stables, and Campground.

We are adjacent to 13,800 acres of the Point Washington State Forest, which provides a beautiful riding experience for all.

We have a horse for everyone and, if requested, a riding instructor. Our experienced trail boss will be happy to point out interesting facts about the forest during a trail ride. Our trail boss is available to take up to six riders at a time on a guided horse ride to experience the beautiful forest.

Presently, we have a 14 stall barn located on our ranch in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. (By summer 2011, we will increase the number of stalls to 34.) The stalls are available for yearly, monthly, weekly or daily rental. Yearly and monthly board includes 12% protein feed, fed morning and evening, and free choice hay.

On May 1, 2011, we are opening our 16 campsite horse park directly adjoining the state forest. Each site will include a water hookup, power and a hitching rail for your horses. Campers are also welcome to stall their horses in our barn on a weekly or daily basis. Our amenities include men's and women's restrooms and showers. Firewood, ice, horse feed, hay, shavings, the use of a washer and dryer and other necessities are available at minimal cost.

As a camper, you are free to ride your horse, or one provided by us, on your time schedule and at your leisure on the endless trails in the Port Washington State Forest. You're also welcome to use our warm and fuzzy covered picnic area for grilling and gathering (a campfire is close by!).

What is truly unique, is that all of this is minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf of Mexico is less than 1/2 mile away at the end of the road that brings you to our farm. At that spot, there is a county park available for your full enjoyment of the beach activities. Along with the beach activities, there is beach shopping, dining and cafés in the direct facinity.
