My name is Alexis, I have been training confident people and all sorts of horses (non-gaited, gaited, off the track, feral, and drafts) for 20+ years from foundation skills to competitions.

Teaching 4H Horsemanship, Husbandry and Showmanship since 2008. 4H kids welcome!

Receiving my Associates degree in Equine Studies with Ranch Skills, Colt Starting, Western Equitation, Natural Horsemanship and Rodeo.

Managing my own private 30 horse barn, training program and lessons over 20 years. Worked in large and small animal veterinarian clinic for 7 years.

Experience in multiple facilities with many different breeds and disciplines such as thoroughbred race horse barn, reining quarter horses, dressage horses (warmblood, fresians, Warlanders, Andalusians), endurance (Arabians, BLM mustangs and Gaited), driving draft hitches (Clydesdale, Percheron, Cream Draft and Belgian), using horses and mules in the mountains of California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana Washington and Nevada to gather cattle for 15 years, training drill horses and Rodeo Queen horses rodeo and so much more!

Training program spots available at our property on the west side of Laurel which includes board while your horse is in training at $1250 a month(Owner provides feed). $1500 a month (Trainer supplies feed)

Lessons are $55 at our barn in Laurel on West 4th street including haul ins. $75 per Session (travel fee for Laurel included) ($95 for Billings, Molt and Park City). Traveling to Shepherd, Bridger, Robert's, Red Lodge as well(ask for pricing).

All horses must have proof of vaccines and a current coggins.

Over 30 years as a professional trainer, and A lifetime of experience of riding western. Mostly on trails, and in plenty of events. I will teach you skills to keep you safe in the saddle. You will learn what to do in an emergency situations BEFORE they ever happen. Many riding instructors in the New England area have never even ridden out side of the ring. Most teach only English and have a western saddle for those that may want to try western riding, but they are not really "western" I have ridden in the cactus covered foothills out West where I was born and raised by a horse trainer. (my Mother) and in the heavily wooded rural trails in Upstate NY where I lived for many years. I have put the first rides on over 400 young horses and retrained well over a thousand problem horses. I ridden in many varied places with my own horses that I trained from babies. Places like The coliseum at the Eastern States Expo, Topsfield Fairgrounds, Forest Park Zoo, Belmont Race track. I team pen, do versatility events, mountain trail and compete in Cowboy Mounted Shooting. I've have participated at many events and venues, shooting a gun off the back of my horse. In parades and fairs all over New England. I can teach you to ride if you have never been on a horse. I can enhance your skills no matter what discipline you ride, expert or novice. Need confidence after a bad experience? I can help. We will progress at your speed, and at your level. If you want to stay in the ring we can do that, venture out on our lovely trials, or try your hand at versatility or chasing cows, at a team penning event.

Equine obstacle challenges, ranch riding, western equitation events.

I’m a professional farrier and trainer currently residing in Maple Plain MN. Before deciding to pursue Horseshoeing in my career I trained horses full time in Nebraska, Georgia, and Minnesota. I am currently much more limited on how many training horses or students I will take into my program but do have occasional openings for the right match.
I’ve worked and studied under three different trainers over the years. The first working with “problem” horses, rank horses, and horses that had been deemed dangerous for most people. I also worked for Jason English Show Horses as an assistant trainer, starting colts and preparing them to show as far as AQHA World, NSBA World, AQHA Congress, etc. in Western pleasure, Hunter under saddle, trail, Horsemanship, all around, and ranch pleasure. Multiple horses I trained went on to become AQHA world and Congress title winners. Working in Nebraska, I started colts full time for Arrow A Ranch, and raised and trained barrel horses, rope horses, and all around ranch horses. Multiple of which are currently competing at a pro level.
I offer honesty and professionalism. The care of and best interest of the horse are my number one priority in teaching both horse and rider.

Keli Wakeley has been riding and training Western Pleasure horses in South Florida since 1997. She offers freelance riding instruction/training specializing in showmanship, hunter under saddle, hunt seat equitation, competitive trail, western pleasure horsemanship and showmanship. She has been affiliated with AQHA, APHA and ApHC for training and competition. Prior to starting a freelance business in 2003 Keli worked for a local stable in Loxahatchee Florida as Farm Manager and resident CHA Certified Riding Instructor and trainer. Reimagine Horsemanship offers lessons and training throughout the Hudson Valley. We specialize in equine rehabilitation and relationship-based horsemanship. I specialize in OTTB re-training, but I also train all breeds. I offer mobile training and horsemanship/ riding lessons. I help OTTB's transform into Western Riding. I use Natural Horsemanship to re-train TB's for their next career. I am mentored by a John Lyon's Certified Trainer. I am familiar with the racing world, and have worked on the back stretches of Hawthorne & Sportsman's Park and Balmoral Raceway all in Chicago area. Thoroughbreds are born & bred as elite athletes and they need some one who understands them to retrain their brain for a consistent and safe riding partner. I have been riding for over twenty years. I have had the privilege of riding many different disciplines as well as many different breeds of horses, ages, experience levels, and backgrounds. I took about ten years of Hunter/Jumper lessons and then began specializing in Western riding. I have also ridden some beginner Dressage. I have attended two different horse training and riding schools, learning both natural horsemanship and the classical horsemanship methods, as well as horse health and nutrition. I have also worked with many horses that have come from traumatic situations that needed to be rehabilitated. I use a combination of methods as well as my own past experiences to create the best possible outcome for both you and your horse.

I tailor my lessons and training to the needs of both the rider and the horse. I enjoy helping people regain their confidence after bad equine experiences. Riding is supposed to be fun! If you don't feel happy when you get on your horse, something isn't right, and it should be addressed.

Dillon Lerner is the head trainer and manager at White Stables at Rarity Bay. He has 18 years riding experience which includes 7 years show jumping/hunter jumper, and 11 years all around western (riding, reining, running barrels, and all around showing). He is a multiple AQHA point earner in horsemanship, ranch riding, barrel racing and pole bending. Dillon has also been a money earner and multiple jackpot winner in barrel racing and pole bending, a state, national and world qualifier in NBHA and IBRA and a trainer of multiple AQHA point earners and rodeo money earners.

Dillon pursued higher education in equine studies at Lamar College under a NFR qualifier as his instructor; Dillon won the end of the year show on the horse he trained in their program.
