Western Horse Training in Montana

Hello! I’m Alexis, and I’ve been training both confident riders and a wide variety of horses for over 20 years. My experience spans all types of horses, including non-gaited, gaited, off-the-track thoroughbreds, feral horses, and drafts. I specialize in everything from foundation skills to competition preparation.

I hold a degree in Equine Studies, focusing on Ranch Skills, Colt Starting, Western Equitation, Natural Horsemanship, and Rodeo.

I currently have spots available in my training program at our property in Laurel. Halter and ground work is $650 plus board per month. Colt Starting, Tune ups and finishing under saddle is $950 plus board per month. We have 30/60/90/120 day options for our Training programs.

Lessons are $45 plus $10 horse fee/haul in fee to our place on West 4th Street in Laurel. I also travel to Billings, Molt, and Park City—please inquire for pricing.
