At Fantasia Farm, lessons are available to everyone from the first-timer to the most advanced. Our youngest student has been two; our oldest student has been seventy-six.Students are given the opportunity to choose from the many forms of riding such as Western, Huntseat, and Saddleseat. The price is $35 for a private lesson. I specialize in OTTB re-training, but I also train all breeds. I offer mobile training and horsemanship/ riding lessons. I help OTTB's transform into Western Riding. I use Natural Horsemanship to re-train TB's for their next career. I am mentored by a John Lyon's Certified Trainer. I am familiar with the racing world, and have worked on the back stretches of Hawthorne & Sportsman's Park and Balmoral Raceway all in Chicago area. Thoroughbreds are born & bred as elite athletes and they need some one who understands them to retrain their brain for a consistent and safe riding partner. Thoroughbreds are very brave & courageous, and have huge hearts, they have a lot to give for the right owner.
