Laurie began riding at the age of 4 in San Diego, CA at one of San Diego’s Premier Hunter Jumper barns. After successfully competing in the Greater San Diego Hunter Jumper Association for more than 12 years, she began riding Dressage at the age of 16 and was lucky enough to train with two Olympic trainers for Dressage and Jumping.

At just 17 years old, Laurie qualified for her first of many Grand Prixs on her horse Allocated Spirit. She has also competed successfully up to 4th level Dressage.

With more than 28 years of riding experience and 14 years of training she believes in teaching core fundamentals. Laurie says “I believe that riding should be both fun and rewarding. My mission is to provide top quality instruction, training, and coaching specifically tailored to the needs of you and your horse”.
