Jen Truett, Dancing Horse Farm / Dressage Trainer in Lebanon, Ohio

USEF Developing Program and Grand Prix rider Jennifer Truett teaches Advanced Dressage and Musical Freestyle Development. She is a USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist/Silver and Bronze Freestyle Bars/"L" Program Graduate "with distinction", USDF Certified Trainer through Second Level, and was the second person in North America to be certified as a Ride with Your Mind(R) coach. She has an impressive record of finding horses that match a rider's personality and skills. Her "Dare to Dream" training method focuses on building communication and understanding between the horse and rider.

Those who've ridden with Jen have moved up multiple levels in dressage, after being stuck in one level for many years. She offers intensive training at her farm as well as doing clinics all over the Midwest. Many people choose to take advantage of the video lessons she offers.

Jen offers an Apprentice and Working Student program at her farm, Dancing Horse Farm, Lebanon OH. Some of the services offered below are provided by an apprentice with senior staff oversight.

Part of Jen's methodology involves asking the student to explain to her what they're doing, what they're feeling, what the horse is doing, and why the horse and/or rider performed as they did. This method makes the rider become more analytical and observant, thus better able to train their own horses. Jen wants to create happy horses and happy riders through her Dare to Dream training method.
