With 25 yrs of Pilates experience and certification in Gyrokinesis and Centered Riding, I focus on the biomechanics of horse and rider to create "balance in movement". Former Dressage instructor and intercollegiate dressage coach for Bethany College. I enjoy working with horses and riders of all ages and levels, ALWAYS in a relaxed, fun, and focused setting.
