Horseback Riding in Texas

We offer English & Western riding lessons & driving lessons for children & adults. Our program features four highly-trained & experienced instructors as well as 10 wonderful lesson horses. Each of our lesson mounts has been carefully selected for their kind dispositions & suitability to a varied level of riders. Private, semi-private & group lessons available.

Day camps are offered at various times throughout the year; birthday parties are available on weekends year-round, based on availability.

Our facility features a beautiful outdoor arena with a lovely sitting area, a 70 ft. round pen, a 50 ft. round pen used for beginner lessons, lovely bridle paths to enjoy time with your horse. The barn features include 32 12 x 12 stalls with automatic waterers, fly spray system, 2 tack rooms, an air-conditioned client lounge & 2 restrooms.

The VPF youth riders enjoy time together as members of the Vantage Point Youth Club, 4-time winners of National Awards for community service, fundraising & breed promotion.

We offer professional training for all saddle seat Breeds & specialize in preparing horses for the amateur or youth exhibitor.

GoldStar Stables is an innovative riding program for students from ages 2 and up. Private lessons start at 45.00 for a half hour lesson. I also offer one hour lessons, semi-private and group lessons. Ask about my five and ten lesson packages. Focus is on jumping and dressage, with both mounted and unmounted lessons. Western riding lessons also available with an emphasis on Western Pleasure. X-Halt farms offer English riding lessons to all age student from beginner to advanced in Dressage and jumping. With a heavy influence in Dressage, we teach the biomechanics of riding to give students a better understanding of how to make positive and effective influences on their horses.
