Owner/Trainer Mrs. Tyler Verlander-Peabody has been riding since before she could walk and has been teaching lessons to children and adults for 15 years. She showed on the local GHJA circuit growing up in Woodstock GA, her experience and training has been with the top GA trainers in the Hunter/Jumper/Equitation discipline. She interned with AA trainers traveling to AA shows all over GA, FL, and the east coast up to Lake Placid, NY. By the time she was 18 years old, she had already successfully managed a 50 person lesson program, summer camp and 20 horse boarding stable. Tyler is an entrepreneur and business woman at heart and utilizes her marketing and management education from KSU to strive in her business. She has trained and sold numerous horses that have gone on to AA show homes and beloved owners. Tyler is passionate about being an advocate for both horse and ride, her students appreciate her detail oriented lessons with safe forward progress each time. Marcy has over 40 years of experience in the horse world. She started teaching herself to ride on her first horse, Whiskey, at a very young age and by the age of 10 she was showing Saddlebred horses on a national level. Marcy later began teaching students at Double TTK Ranch in Marietta, Georgia. Along with teaching lessons, Marcy also taught horse and pony camps in the summer, led trail rides on the weekends, and was responsible for the daily care and maintenance of over 100 horses. In 2002, she and her husband David decided to purchase their own place and have called Blue Springs Farm home ever since. Her students include many APHA Top 10 riders, the 2002 APHA World Champion in 10 and Under Trail, multiple IEA National Champion teams, and individual IEA National Champions in both horsemanship and reining.

I teach basic horseback riding, safety and horsemanship with good solid horse skills, along with horse care for those with the goal of horse ownership. My goal is for my students to learn the proper way to behave around horses, how to care for them, how to ride and why things are done they way they are; and to become accomplished, competent and independent trail riders. My lessons are generally one on one private lessons, although I do have a couple group lesson with a few of the more advanced students. I teach ages 6 through adult and I have MANY referrals should you want to talk with past or present students. I have gaited and non gaited horses. I teach those who have never seen a horse in person to those who have been hurt or lost their confidence and need confidence recovery (referral for this too!) Lesson Options and Pricing:

Individual Lessons - $50 per hour: Our one-on-one lessons are designed to provide personalized instruction to riders who prefer

Group Lessons (4 or more persons) - $35 per person per hour: If you prefer a social and collaborative learning environment, our
group lessons are perfect for you. These lessons are conducted in a small group setting of four or more riders, allowing for peer
interaction and learning from one another, while still receiving individualized instruction from our skilled instructors.

Our Lessons Include:
Instruction on basic horsemanship, including grooming, tacking, and handling
