I teach basic horseback riding, safety and horsemanship with good solid horse skills, along with horse care for those with the goal of horse ownership. My goal is for my students to learn the proper way to behave around horses, how to care for them, how to ride and why things are done they way they are; and to become accomplished, competent and independent trail riders. My lessons are generally one on one private lessons, although I do have a couple group lesson with a few of the more advanced students. I teach ages 6 through adult and I have MANY referrals should you want to talk with past or present students. I have gaited and non gaited horses. I teach those who have never seen a horse in person to those who have been hurt or lost their confidence and need confidence recovery (referral for this too!) Please feel free to email me or call for more info. Lesson are 40 minutes long (frequently running overtime) and $35 a lesson- no contracts. Just you, me and the horse.
