Little Glen Stables has programs and services for a wide range of interests. Whether you are a seasoned equestrian interested in further training, boarding or showing; a parent interested in a pony ride for children; or a beginner riding looking for safe and fun instruction, we have services and programs to suit your needs. We have a full service lesson program for beginners of all ages and experienced riders of all levels. Our quality school horses and ponies come in all sizes to accommodate riders ages four and up. We have two beautiful barns, both heated during winter months, large custom wooded locker rooms, laundry services, grass pastures, and large indoor and outdoor arena. Board ranges from $575-$775 including all services plus turn out as long as customer would like. Overnight turnout also possible. Little Glen Stables also offers schooling and training for your horse and also has a variety of sale horses for sale. Little Glen travels to many of the top A-Circuit shows and schooling shows. Trailering and additional show services are available. Jenna Hoy, a graduate of Lake Erie College, available for full time lessons and training. Jenna Hoy is also the coach of the Little Glen Equestrian Team, a interscholastic equestrian team for middle school and high school riders. Heulwen Farm is a family owned farm on 15 acres. Only 10 minuets south of I90, and the Chardon Square. We offer full board, and lessons. Our farm provides a relaxing environment for any aged horse ranging from a young active equine to the retired equine. We treat each horse as their own and design high quality forage based diets. We strive to create a horse safe environment and put the horses needs first. Horses get out daily with daily stall cleaning. Not only do we have trails on our property there is a Metro park 1,000 ft from the driveway with over 10 miles of trails. There is an indoor arena and outdoor ring with new sand footing. Durkee Hill Stables is a newly renovated 19 stall facility with 10 lush grass pastures, all weather turnouts, an all weather riding arena, cross country schooling course and miles of trails. Lana purchased the neighboring property to increase turnout and expand the useable space for her horses and riders. The views are gorgeous and the atmosphere of Durkee Hill Stables makes it a place that you want to spend time at.

Lana likes to take advantage of the many amenities around the farm. She regularly takes her horses and students cross country schooling at several local cross country courses. We offer boarding,training and lessons on your horse or a school horse. Our scenic location allows for easy access to major highways. Students have the opportunity to compete in Dressage, eventing and hunter/jumpers or just relax on nearby trails. We approach the welfare of horses and riders in a holistic fashion, treating each as an individual. With an emphasis on correct biomechanics for both the human and equine, we strive to educate riders on how control and awareness of their body allows for high quality movement and clearer communication between rider and horse, as well as an increase in the quality of their daily life.
