Our Facilities include 80 foot lunging ring, outdoor all weather hunter ring, additional all weather ring, indoor ring with lights and premium rubber footing, all four board fencing, run in sheds in all pastures, automatic heated/cooled waterers in all fields, mares and geldings separate. Hello...We have room available for two horses for full care. Beautiful barn and horse facilities in Clifton VA. Our property has a blue stone/sand riding ring 65' x 190', 3 lush pastures, a round pen, a versatile foaling stall, a tack room, feeding station for grain and hay and a second story hay loft. The barn has multiple matted box stalls. The property has a private driveway down to the barn and easy access to trails.

Full care includes water, hay, turnout and clean stalls for $550.

We are located 5 minutes from FFX pkwy, Ox rd/rt123, and GMU. We are located on the Fairfax Station/Clifton border.

Misty Brook Farm offers quality boarding and Dressage training for horse and rider, as well as beginner lessons for horse enthusiasts. Several camps or clinics are offered throughout the year, for children and for adults. Horses are housed in one of two barns, have daily turn out in small groups (weather permitting) and can be exercised in the 95x300 outdoor arena (lights come on automatically at dusk). I work closely with owners and each horse gets individualized care and attention. I offer Southern States/Legends pelleted feed to all horses daily, along with quality 24/7 forage . Fly spray (owner provides) during the summer months, blanketing during the winter months and everything else in between is provided at no additional cost to owner. Our horses enjoy maximum turnout time in small herds (5 or less). No trailer, not a problem...we have miles of tree lined trails right out the back gate along with many more just a short haul away! We also have a small lighted ring (currently beibg redone), large grass ring, shared tackroom space, bathroom and heated/air conditioned lounge for client use. My family and I own and live on the premises and all horses are checked and inspected throughout the day by me.
