Self care horse boarding for up to five horses. Three pastures, barnyard with small grass training/exercise ring, automatic waterer in field, hay storage, 2 stall barn with wash stall (heat lamps, hot and cold water, run in shelter with automatic fly spray system and electric for fans. Area for horse trailer storage. Trails and show venues nearby.
Small herd of goats in separate barn and pasture. Two friendly mini donkeys reside on property.
Neighbors have three horses that can be seen but not directly contacted by equines in our pastures.
Conveniently located 10 miles from town of Warrenton and 12 miles from town of Culpeper. 5 Minutes off of route 29.
Surrounded by homes with farmland. Mountain View and peaceful area.
