We are a boarding, training, and lesson facility located just 15 minutes south of Charlottesville, VA (very short drive to UVA). We love all types of horses, whether they be young or old, retired or just starting, or somewhere in between. We are a laid back family oriented barn, that prides itself on the drama free atmosphere and horse focused care.

Our horses in training go to horse shows and trailering is available to boarders who desire to go to the same shows or even different ones. We specialize in training, starting and restarting horses (particularly Thoroughbreds) so that they understand the job they have and learn to love what they do. We truly get to know each horse and understand what makes each individual animal unique. All horses are respected and appreciated here and given exceptional care.

The farm is a quiet and peaceful family farm with a 7 stall center aisle barn with tack room, wash rack, and bathroom, a two stall secondary barn, a 200 x 115 ft sand riding ring with hunter/jumper jumps and beautiful trails that take one around the property. Stall board includes premium feed 2x a day, high quality hay, turn out, and blanketing as needed.

Stall board starts at $500 a month, and training and rehabilitation pricing is tailored to the individual horse. Misty Brook Farm offers quality boarding and Dressage training for horse and rider, as well as beginner lessons for horse enthusiasts. Several camps or clinics are offered throughout the year, for children and for adults. Hello...We have room available for two horses for full care. Beautiful barn and horse facilities in Clifton VA. Our property has a blue stone/sand riding ring 65' x 190', 3 lush pastures, a round pen, a versatile foaling stall, a tack room, feeding station for grain and hay and a second story hay loft. The barn has multiple matted box stalls. The property has a private driveway down to the barn and easy access to trails.

Full care includes water, hay, turnout and clean stalls for $550.

We are located 5 minutes from FFX pkwy, Ox rd/rt123, and GMU. We are located on the Fairfax Station/Clifton border.
