Meadow Lark Farm in The Plains, VA is a premiere dressage boarding farm and the vision of lifelong equestrians to create a state of the art facility in a safe, comfortable and beautiful environment. The farm is set among the rolling hills of Orange County Hunt Territory, yet convenient to I-66, DC, and NOVA. Designed, owned, and operated by a veterinarian (living on site), the barn is airy with abundant natural light and boasts 12’ x 13’ stalls, heated wash stalls, and a temperature controlled tackroom. We offer ample private and semi-private turn-out in board fenced fields with an average of one horse per two acres. The farm features an 80’ x 200’ indoor arena with 600 square feet of mirrors and automated sidewalls for quick conversion to an airy, covered arena as well as a 100’ x 200’ outdoor arena with a regulation dressage ring.
