River Chase Farm is a full service boarding and training facility specializing in jumpers. We are conveniently located in Aldie, VA approximately an hour outside of DC between Leesburg and Haymarket in NoVA. RCF boasts a large lesson program (jumpers, hunters, eventing, pleasure riding), summer camps, Indoor arena, multiple outdoor riding rings (sand, rubber), dressage arena, cross country course and hours of trails. We offer high quality customized care, a friendly atmosphere and well maintained facilities. RCF also hosts hunter and jumper schooling show series and clinics.

We specialize in catering to all different needs and budgets to get you to your goals...from weekend pleasure riders to Grand Prix Jumpers, we have a large group of Instructors to get you there safely and correctly! Cedar Lane Equestrian Center is a Brand new facility offering custom care for your equine family. Full care board is $500. We have 3 separate barns and pasture. All with four rail fencing, heated auto waterers, and run in sheds. Barn 1 is a 7 stall center aisle barn with a 12 x 12 tackroom (with 7 tack lockers). Welcome to Merkel Farms, a family owned and operated equestrian center run by Stephanie Serenati-Merkel. Merkel Farm is nestled between Bowie State University and the Patuxent Wildlife Preserve in Bowie, MD and is within easy reach from the Washington D.C., Annapolis and Baltimore metro areas. We have miles of trails surrounding the property. We also have a lighted indoor and outdoor ring which allows for boarders and lesson students to ride year round. We have two barns and two separately fenced fields for turnout. The outdoor and indoor rings are dragged throughout the year to maintain optimal footing for horses. Merkel Farms also runs a summer camp and host a winter show series.
