We are situated on 20 acres in a peaceful country setting. Our facility offers a 24 stall barn, indoor and outdoor arenas, viewing area, heated lounge with restroom, shower and office, and a variety of other amenities. Howdy! We offer Horse boarding, lessons, training at a smaller, professional, private, clean, friendly and family oriented facility. We start the training and lessons from the ground up. A strong, solid foundation is instilled in the horses and riders and then we progress forward from there. We specialize in training young horses or rehab older problem horses. General horsemanship to barrel racing to trail riding to advanced work. Western is our speciality with emphasis in proper form and cues. We provide basic to advanced english/Dressage riding. Most students haul in their horses, but a few in house horses are available for lessons. Each year we offer various clinics - horsemanship, foundation ground work, de spooking, obstacle course, barrel racing clinics, etc. Our boarders and students quickly become friends! We enjoy our horses and take pride in them. Your horse will be treated like a member of our family! We take in layups and overnighters. BrighterDaze Farm is the trail riders' paradise. There are miles of trails covering more than 400 acres of land that wind through the forest, hay meadows, creeks, and ravines. There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy, like deer, owls, blue heron, and much more.
Located in Newark, IL, just off Rt.71 (10 min from Yorkville, 30 min from Plainfield) our heated barns offer either 10'x12' or 10'x14' stalls with the option of using a common tack room or a private tack room. All boarders have access to the 126'x60' heated arena, wash rack with hot water, outdoor round pen, and of course the trails. The lounge is complete with kitchen, TV, and fireplace!
Care taker resides on premises. We take pride in providing quality care and understanding your horse as an individual. Horses are turned out on spacious grass pastures every day. Each pasture has a shelter and automatic waters’. We provide bedding, grain, (safe choice) and hay (grown on the farm). Then look no further! We take great pride in getting to know each of our horses and what their needs are. We believe in horses living as natural of a life as possible. That means when they get turned out in the morning after their grain they have unlimited access to hay. No more hearing that horses are fed 2x a day, we believe in ALL DAY!

When they come in at night they are given their nightly grain as well as, the amount of hay that they need. One amount does not fit all horses! One of our horses gets a bale of hay in the evening :)

It is our belief that when temperatures dip low that horses need a little something extra, so they are also given beet pulp on those chilly days, at no extra cost to you!

Not only will you love our personal attention given to each horse, you are sure to love all the amenities with our barn.

Whether you ride English or Western, compete or just trail ride our barn has everything you could want and need. We also have a trainer on staff who would be more than happy to further you in any discipline.

We are a private barn with only 15 stalls located in Manhattan, IL.

We believe in a NO drama, stress free and family friendly environment. The last Sunday of every month we host a potluck BBQ and love setting up group trail rides. The Will County Forest Preserve Trails are within riding distance of our barn.
