Black Kettle Ranch is a private, family-oriented facility in Parker, CO that offers indoor and outdoor arenas, heated tack space, and bathroom/lounge area.

We offer both pasture and stalled full-care boarding. Tina Huston, the owner/trainer, lives at the facility. Your horse will always have an experienced and caring eye watching. Many references are available and trailer parking is free.

Clinics, lessons, and training are also available with Tina. She has over 40 years of equestrian experience and has trained with several of the top horsemen in the industry. Tina combines natural horsemanship and dressage techniques to train horses and riders for safety and all-around horsemanship and competition.

We are a full / self care / and partial care horse stables and provide 15 x 30 ft enclosed stalls with large walkouts. Includes water and electricity at every stall. We are a premier boarding and training facility based in Elizabeth, CO. We provide all-inclusive stall and pasture board and training is offered by our USHJA certified trainer.

Our facility sits on 35 acres and is fitted with 26 stalls. We have 12x14 and 12x20 stalls equipped with automatic waterers plus a select few with attached runs as well. All of our horses are also turned out daily.

We have a 75 x 200 indoor arena, a 90 x 200 outdoor arena plus a round pen. Our barn has wash stalls with access to hold and cold water. We also have a spacious lounge available for our clients and their guests. Onsite trailer parking is also available. Vantage Point Farm has been owned and operated in Colorado Springs since 1992 by its owner, Lenore Raff, who is a US Dressage Federation Bronze Medal winner. VPF has a track record of excellence in the care of our clients and we are small enough to ensure attention to detail and custom aspects of care.

VPF is situated on the edge of the Black Forest, just minutes NE of Colorado Springs. The Forest boasts a good network of well maintained, easily accessible trails.

Our facilities include a 72x140 indoor arena footed with sand and rubber, a regulation dressage arena outdoors and a jumping area. All stalls are 12x12 rubber matted, and all water to stalls and paddocks is heated/temperature controlled. All fencing is horse-safe and all pasture boarded horses have access to 3 sided shelters.

Full board includes 2 grain feeding/daily and hay. Owner provided feed, supplements or medications are fed at no additional cost. Stalls are cleaned daily. Paddocks and shelters are cleaned 2x weekly weather permitting. We now host 3 tiers of board to provide flexibility and affordability for more horse owners.

Daily turnout is provided into larger runs with off the ground feeders and 70 gallon water tanks. Your horse will be fed twice a day which includes: Grass hay and 1 lb of grain daily. Basic care, I provide quality hay and feed am and pm, you clean your stall and exercise/care for your horse! (Stall must be cleaned 3-4 times per week or we are not the barn for you.) Small and friendly facility, like family, low turnover.

One 12'x12' matted barn stall w/ 12'x18' run, (12’x30’ total), skylight inside replaced in 2017, outlook into barn aisle for said horse, 8’ overhang outside for shade/weather protection, $320/month/horse.

Three side by side 12'x12' stall matted box stalls, skylights above, outlook into barn aisle for each stall, $250 each flat rate. $350 each all inclusive with 10 bags bedding per month and barn paddock turnout every other day. Paddock is 20'x40'. Turn out would be 7am-4pm, rotational days depending on how many box stall horses currently boarded (could be every day T/O or every 3 days if all spaces filled, unless somebody opted out. We would clean paddock, you still clean your stall.

One shared paddock space, 30'x40', one elderly companion mare, new 12'x12' steel anchored shelter, $300/month.
