Vantage Point Farm has been owned and operated in Colorado Springs since 1992 by its owner, Lenore Raff, who is a US Dressage Federation Bronze Medal winner. VPF has a track record of excellence in the care of our clients and we are small enough to ensure attention to detail and custom aspects of care.

VPF is situated on the edge of the Black Forest, just minutes NE of Colorado Springs. The Forest boasts a good network of well maintained, easily accessible trails.

Our facilities include a 72x140 indoor arena footed with sand and rubber, a regulation dressage arena outdoors and a jumping area. All stalls are 12x12 rubber matted, and all water to stalls and paddocks is heated/temperature controlled. All fencing is horse-safe and all pasture boarded horses have access to 3 sided shelters.

Full board includes 2 grain feeding/daily and hay. Owner provided feed, supplements or medications are fed at no additional cost. Stalls are cleaned daily. Paddocks and shelters are cleaned 2x weekly weather permitting. We now host 3 tiers of board to provide flexibility and affordability for more horse owners.
1. Stall board with full day turnout, full care
2. Semi-private paddock board, full care
3. Large field turnout, partial care ( some conditions and restrictions apply)

We have been breeding Hanoverian and Friesian sport horses for over 30 years and currently stand a young Friesian stallion.
