Private, Basic Care Horse Boarding / Horse Boarding Farm in Littleton, Colorado

Boarding availability at my private barn located in Littleton off of Hwy C470 and Bowles Ave.

Basic care, I provide quality hay and feed am and pm, you clean your stall and exercise/care for your horse! (Stall must be cleaned 3-4 times per week or we are not the barn for you.) Small and friendly facility, like family, low turnover.

One 12'x12' matted barn stall w/ 12'x18' run, (12’x30’ total), skylight inside replaced in 2017, outlook into barn aisle for said horse, 8’ overhang outside for shade/weather protection, $320/month/horse.

Three side by side 12'x12' stall matted box stalls, skylights above, outlook into barn aisle for each stall, $250 each flat rate. $350 each all inclusive with 10 bags bedding per month and barn paddock turnout every other day. Paddock is 20'x40'. Turn out would be 7am-4pm, rotational days depending on how many box stall horses currently boarded (could be every day T/O or every 3 days if all spaces filled, unless somebody opted out. We would clean paddock, you still clean your stall.

One shared paddock space, 30'x40', one elderly companion mare, new 12'x12' steel anchored shelter, $300/month.

Barn provides cleaning tools + wheelbarrows, tack room, outdoor round pen and arena, trailer parking, 24/7 video surveillance and much more.
Blanketing and grain/supplements fed (you provide/communicate). High quality grass hay fed, options for mix or alfalfa if needed.

Approved by DDFL Harmony Equine Center. VS free. 10+ years equine experience. References available, and may be required. UTD equine health paperwork required. Professional and low key facility. This is our little slice of heaven, drama and problematic individuals/equines NOT tolerated.
