South Shore Sport Horses is a full service Hunter-Jumper Equestrian Facility located near Houston, Texas. We offer English Riding Lessons for beginner through advanced child and adult riders, Full Quality Board, and Professional Training Services for your horse. We regularly attend local and ‘A’ rated shows in the greater Houston area and around Texas. We are a family facility offering personalized care for the horse and rider. In addition, we regularly have a variety of quality Horses and Ponies offered for sale.

Trainer Cassandra Petrey brings 19 years of extensive riding, showing and training experience to South Shore Sport Horses. As Owner/Manager she oversees each aspect of the barn, from daily horse care to lessons and show preparations. Cassandra began at a young age working under top trainers in Virginia, and moved on to spend several years as a trainer and manager at premier show barns. Her experience includes breaking and training young horses, teaching daily private lessons to all age groups, buying and selling horses, showing on the ‘A’ Circuit from Pony Hunter divisions through level five jumping divisions and complete supervision of large show barns. Now, with her own Hunter-Jumper facility, she uses her depth of knowledge, along with patience and attention to detail to help each horse and rider reach their top potential.
