Waterford Stables offers riding lessons in Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Saddle Seat, Speed, Trail, Jumping, ... pretty much you name it we train in it! Horseback riding lessons at your barn. Riding lessons in basic riding for English or western and beginner to professional lessons in barrel racing and pole bending. Lessons no matter what stage your in learning how to properly care for your horse how to lung/train and make a real connection with your horse or more professional lessons how to sit and ride properly to professional barrel and pole bending. I did high school rodeo when I was in high school and was a world qualifier for the NBHA. I also took riding classes for English and western in college. Guided trail rides for the occasional rider through miles of wooded trails. Also available are english or western riding lessons for ages 5 & up. We review your goals in riding and develop a riding schedule to achieve it. Riding trails directly behind property for further training outside the arena. We offer an affordable afterschool horseback riding program (school pick-up available), private lessons, or group lessons according to skill level of the rider. We do take videos of the lessons and replay so you can view your improvements. It helps to have a better understanding since you can visually see any changes you can make to help be a better rider.
