I am a dressage, jumping, and beginner lesson instructor. I came over from Holland over 6 years ago. Back in Holland I graduated as Veterinarian Assistant/Technician. I was always into the horses and have a lot of experience with the youngsters, and trained with some great trainers over in Holland.
In the US I trained under Yvonne Berkhout for many years, then Wayne Boyers, Kim Iwen and Endel Ots of Kim and Yvonne Barteau's KYB Dressage. I am terrific with kids, but do offer intermediate lessons to 3rd level. I have participated in many shows around the country and have scored in the seventies at every level I have competed. My name is Britt and I am a riding instructor that works in Madison and the surrounding communities. My specialties include hunt seat equitation, western horsemanship, and Showmanship. I also offer beginner lessons in english and western disciplines and also ground work. I showed on the AQHA circuit for several years and also on the Missouri State Equestrian Team. Anita Di Modica has a B.S. degree in Equine Science and has been giving lessons, training, showing horses, and judging for over 25 years. She has been, and will be again, a WSHC, WI 4-H, & POA certified judge.

She uses humane, nonviolent, and fair methods for training, (a mix of Natural Horsemanship and Classical Dressage). She has trained and given lessons to numerous winners in huntseat and western pleasure, equitation and horsemanship, dressage, jumping and barrels. Cindy, our instructor/trainer/owner, started her 20+ year career showing on the WI/IL dressage circuit. She has shown as such prestigious facilities as Lamplight Equestrian Center and Thistledown Farm. Cindy has studied under many top dressage trainers in the country, including Dominique Barbier, Alex Koynot, Natalie Lamping, Fatima Nelson, and Bodo Hagen. Cindy is also a NARHA licensed therapeutic riding instructor. Therefore, in additon to having clients that simply enjoy riding, or have successfully shown at local shows, she has the experience, knowledge, and patience to work with riders having learning disabilities.
