Rimfire Equestrian offers riding lessons for all ages and all levels of students- whether intrested in pleasure riding or competition! A large focus is put into starting all riders with a solid Dressage base that they can then apply to ANY riding discipline they chose to pursue. Rimfire Equestrian offers two locations for the benefit of riders, one in Tomball, TX and the second located only 7 minutes North of Magnolia, TX- both at private farms. Alyssa (Owner/Trainer) has competed through the Preliminary Level of Eventing, 3rd Level Dressage and 1.20m Jumpers. She enjoys watching her students and horses progress and has helped multiple students go from 'Never having been on a horse' to their first competitions. WESTERN RIDING LESSONS

Horseback Riding Lessons, including Western, English, Trail, and Reining.

Beginning and intermediate lessons are available for all ages (no younger than 7) in English and Western. Safe horsemanship is a primary goal along with comfort and confidence on and around the horse. Our focus is clear communication with the horse for safe riding whether it be on the trail, just for fun or at a show. We also enjoy working towards your specific goals as a rider and student. Unlike the majority of instructors, I can travel to you and your horse to teach and train.

Horses are also students of riding as well as the riders, so I also provide training services. From breaking to maintenance riding and everything in between, it can be done.

The farm was established in 1982 by the owners, Mary and Jeff McCartney, and is set in 65 spacious acres of woodlands and pastures. The farm has three large riding arenas as well as a dressage arena, a cross-country jumping course, and on-site trails.
