We are full care boarding, training and lesson facility. We specialize in American Saddlebred and Morgan horses. Lessons are taught on our American Saddlebred and Morgan horses and accept any level of riding students.

USEF Developing Program and Grand Prix rider Jennifer Truett teaches Advanced Dressage and Musical Freestyle Development. She is a USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist/Silver and Bronze Freestyle Bars/"L" Program Graduate "with distinction" and USDF Certified Trainer through Second Level. At her Dancing Horse Farm, she has trainers and apprentice trailers capable of teaching all levels of riding, from complete beginners to FEI levels. Some of the other trainers and apprentices also teach jumping as part of their lessons. We offer riding lessons to ages 9 and up, riders under 150 pounds, specializing in Saddleseat and the American Saddlebred.

L'Ambaince Farm is an exceptional and beautiful lesson, training and full care boarding facility. We are a family friendly equine facility where everyone is always welcome! We specialize in saddle seat riding to riders of all ages and abilities. (Not sure if your up to riding? We also give driving lessons too!) We cater to riders who just want to have fun all the way to those who aspire to become a champion! Lessons are $35 for a half an hour riding lesson. Lessons are not required to groom and tack up but are encouraged to come 15-20 minutes early to learn how to do so. All the current students love to groom and tack up! We offer group and private lessons. Students and horses are matched up for a safe, fun, and educational lesson. We have an huge enclosed indoor and enclosed outdoor area for year round riding. We also have a small enclosed arena at one end of the barn where the beginner lessons are always started. Beginner lessons are private until the rider feels comfortable and has mastered good control. There is a air-conditioned and heated lounge where everyone can hang out! There is also a viewing room to watch lessons in. We also have "Fun days" where all the students are welcome to come and bring a friend and we learn more about horses. (like breeds, colors, parts of the horse, tack, and general horse care) Heather, the instructor, has been riding and showing American Saddlebreds for over 16 years and has been teaching for the past 10 years. Just when you thought Camp Kern was just for summer camp and school groups! Circle K Ranch, located at Camp Kern, has a fun, safe, educational, and progressive lesson program that is offered all year long. Our instructors are patient and knowledgeable and will help students of all ages achieve their horseback riding and horsemanship goals.

Lessons are offered in English, Western, Dressage, and Jumping, with a strong emphasis on good horsemanship, horse care, and sportsmanship. Students spend most of their lesson time on horseback, but will also participate in ground lessons on topics such as; grooming, tacking, leading, lunging, horse first aid, horse terms, barn management, and more!

With more then 50 horses and many different instructors there you can come to learn anything you want! We are a fit for students of all dispositions and experience level!

Schedule & Rates

Scheduling is flexible and lessons are offered most weekday evenings as well as Sunday afternoons. Lesson times last for 1 hour, and students should plan to arrive to lessons 15 minutes early to start grooming and tacking their horses. Students should allow about 10 minutes after the lesson to un-tack, groom, and turn their horse out.
