Owner/Trainer Mrs. Tyler Verlander-Peabody has been riding since before she could walk and has been teaching lessons to children and adults for 15 years. She showed on the local GHJA circuit growing up in Woodstock GA, her experience and training has been with the top GA trainers in the Hunter/Jumper/Equitation discipline. She interned with AA trainers traveling to AA shows all over GA, FL, and the east coast up to Lake Placid, NY. By the time she was 18 years old, she had already successfully managed a 50 person lesson program, summer camp and 20 horse boarding stable. Tyler is an entrepreneur and business woman at heart and utilizes her marketing and management education from KSU to strive in her business. She has trained and sold numerous horses that have gone on to AA show homes and beloved owners. Tyler is passionate about being an advocate for both horse and ride, her students appreciate her detail oriented lessons with safe forward progress each time. Her boarders appreciate her 30 years of equine experience and horse management and trust her top notch care, stemming from her life motto "Leave it better than you found it".

On May 1, 2013, a new era will begin at Huntcliff. We will now be known as River Run Equestrian at Huntcliff. Many new and exciting programs and improvements are in the works. Our goal is to offer the highest quality educational experience to our riding students. We will go beyond merely sitting on a horse to knowing what's going on inside the horse. Not just riding lessons really because our students will become well rounded horsemen capable of pursuing any discipline as an effective partner. Hunter, Jumper, Equitation.

Casey began riding in 1989, when she was 5yo. at Chastain Stables, in Atlanta GA, learning Hunter/Jumpers. In 1990 she start competing in the Hunters. Casey moved to Roswell GA and started riding and competing in local and the 'A's with Linda Allen in Marietta, GA. After She moved down to McDonough, GA she started riding with Barry Lane. She moved back to Roswell in 1999 and started showing in 'AA' Jumpers with Bob Buxton. After moving back to McDonough, Casey went to Merideth Manor International Equestrian School in Waverly, WV where she studied Equine Health and Equine Massage Therapy. After school she rode with Barbara Bancroft until she moved back down to GA. She opened Creekwood Stables and rode with Daniel Geitner.
During operating Creekwood Stables, Casey has produced many Hunters and Jumpers that have won from local - AA shows through out the zone. She has produced many horses that have continued to win in the Hunter, Jumper, and Equitation arenas. Her riders have won in all three arenas from local - AA shows.... See More

Our mission is to support self-growth, promote inclusivity and build a connection within the community through animal-assisted activities designed to improve cognitive, social, emotional, and physical functioning. Our program is open to people of any ages and any ability, but our priority goes to those looking for a therapeutic environment. We do not focus on competition and our program participants have a large part in designing their horsemanship journey. This program is not suitable for any rider that is looking to compete in equine sports.
