Marcy has over 40 years of experience in the horse world. She started teaching herself to ride on her first horse, Whiskey, at a very young age and by the age of 10 she was showing Saddlebred horses on a national level. Marcy later began teaching students at Double TTK Ranch in Marietta, Georgia. Along with teaching lessons, Marcy also taught horse and pony camps in the summer, led trail rides on the weekends, and was responsible for the daily care and maintenance of over 100 horses. In 2002, she and her husband David decided to purchase their own place and have called Blue Springs Farm home ever since. Her students include many APHA Top 10 riders, the 2002 APHA World Champion in 10 and Under Trail, multiple IEA National Champion teams, and individual IEA National Champions in both horsemanship and reining.

Devon Olivier is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia. She rode on the eventing team while attending college. She was on the 2016 USEA collegiate national championship team. She won the Open Prelim division at FENCE horse trials on 4-17-17 on her horse Karisma. She won the Open Prelim division at Paradise Farms on 2-17-17. Devon has won the individual Gold in the intercollegiate challenge at Chattahoochee Hills horse trials twice while on the UGA eventing team. Devon has trained numerous Off the Track Thoroughbreds and has gone to multiple national competitions with her horses. Devon has been a working student for Michael and Sharon Poulin (Bronze Medal at the Barcelona Olympics in dressage). While there she worked on getting correct and effective dressage training under her belt. She then worked for Mollie Zobel in South Carolina who was an upper level event trainer. Devon has worked with or taken lessons with Doug Payne, Elly Schobel, Michael Poulin, Sharon Poulin, Gwen Poulin. She has taken clinics with Werner Geven, Dom Schramm, Kyle Carter, Leslie Law, Jon Holling just to name a few. Devon offers lessons in dressage, jumpers and eventing. Devon has training privileges at Ashland Farms in Walnut Grove which offers a cross country course from starter thru Prelim. They also have two dressage arenas and a jumping arena.
