The farm was established in 1982 by the owners, Mary and Jeff McCartney, and is set in 65 spacious acres of woodlands and pastures. The farm has three large riding arenas as well as a dressage arena, a cross-country jumping course, and on-site trails.

Adult instructors offer lessons in the disciplines of Hunt seat, Dressage and Combined training, and teach all ages of students from beginners through advanced.

What started off with the rescue of a couple of horses, a couple years ago, then turned into a trail riding business called Just Us Gals . . . and our Horses, and has now evolved into Henry's Home Horse and Human Sanctuary. We incorporated into a 501c3 Non-Profit about a year and a half ago, and moved our location up to Conroe just a couple months ago. Certified Life Coach and Certified Yoga Instructor who specializes in Combined Training. I offer riding clinics with a yoga/life coaching focus to supplement your current training program, build a better community at your barn, and to deepen your connection with your horse.

About Me:
I was certified Level II Dressage and Eventing with the American Riding Instructors Association from 2003-2007. In 2005 I completed a semester with the National Outdoor Leadership School (which included a section of horsepacking 137 miles of Wyoming Wilderness) and left Texas to work in Yosemite National Park as a science teacher and sometimes Mounted National Park Service Ranger. I travel around Magnolia, Conroe, Spring, and The Woodlands.
Riding lessons - $40/lesson.
Training session/ride - $35/session.

I do not keep track of time on my lessons/training, they could be anywhere from 30 minutes, to over an hour.
