Equestrian Arts Institute is a true equestrian educational experience. We not only educate our riders how to ride, we always incorporate horsemanship educational opportunities. We give lessons for children ages 6+ through adult riders. We have competition opportunities for those with a competitive drive and other fun, pleasure activities for those that are a bit more laid back.

We are a private horse farm and rescue offering Riding Lessons, Training, and Boarding. We teach beginner to advanced English and Western riding lessons. Lessons are 50 per hour either private or semi private and taught by instructor Grace who has been riding 15+ years and helping riders of all ages start their riding journey. We also sell beginner horses at reasonable prices (sub 5k) to help riders fulfill their dreams of horse ownership. Leasing available as well. Storybrooke Farms specializes in Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation and Dressage. Our objective is to provide children and amateur owners with competitive partners who are confident, safe, and athletic. Safety and horsemanship are top priorities. Storybrooke students not only to work toward mastering skills while mounted, but also to learn proper care and handling, as well as a basic understanding of equine psychology. We compete at all levels of shows from schooling to the ‘AA’ Circuit and instruct beginner through advanced riders. We are based out two of a beautiful facilities, one in Chapel Hill within 15 minutes of UNC and Duke, as well as in Wake Forest, 15 minutes north of downtown. Traveling Trainer services are offered on a limited basis within the Triangle. Trailer-In lessons are also welcome at either facility.

Lessons are taught by a certified American Riding Instructor, with over 26 years of experience competing, training, teach and showing all over the midwest and east coast. Kylie Barrows has many years experience competing in dressage and eventing. Training and lessons are offered to horses and riders of all experience levels, with an emphasis on kind and correct training principles, safety, and fun. Kylie and her horse Ascot competed very successfully at the Preliminary level, and Kylie now is focused on training horses and coaching her students to advance. Currently accepting Intermediate/advanced students only - this means riders that are able to walk, trot, canter, and catch/tack up their own horses. We have a dynamic space on an 11 acre farm with a talented, diversified, animated, entertaining instructor, specializing in teaching fun, exciting lessons to established equestrians. Come ride in a beautiful area with woods, trails, giant open fields, on wonderful horses. We have loads of cross country jumps, hills, wide open spaces, lots of fun!!

Lessons are $80 each, small group lessons with up to 5 riders. We do accept haul-in lessons if you want to bring your own horse.

We also offer trail rides for beginners-advanced, up to 5 people in a group, for $100 per person. By Appointment only.

Birthday parties available for up to 10 children, 2 hour party with approximately one hour of riding - $400 per party, all decorations included - just bring food and drinks!... See More

MWM riding Camp is family owned and operated. We provide lessons for ages 3 and up. We are taking our youth off the streets and putting them in a saddle. We believe an hour of riding can change a child's life. We have a safe, comfortable, affordable, and loving environment. We also offer some therapeutic riding. MWM has a game room, class room, trail, outside arena, and much more. We welcome all riders. Lessons start at $15.00/hr so we can reach children that normally would not be able to get riding lessons. MWM is non-profit and we accept donations on our website. Sign up before our classes are full. The owner/imstructor has been riding since age 10. She is reaching out to the community by giving back to the youth. She is presently a CNA and she attends nursing school. She is CPR certified and she knows sign language fluently.
