Our facility is very unique. We work with people with disablities and without disabilites. We are a training barn for NY Special Olympics. We offer many different programs for the rider or horse.

We offer english, jumping, western, western pleasure, and barrel racing lessons. We have 6 instructors on staff to help you with any type of riding you want.

Riding lessons and training in dressage, hunters, and jumpers. I use a natural approach to training that is kept within the means of the horse and/or rider's abilities at the time. I look to create relaxed, confident athletes who are comfortable with the task at hand. Sometimes this takes going back a few steps to re-do some basics, other times it takes pushing beyond your "limits". A solid basic foundation is the key to success for both horse and rider. Dressage & Jumping for children and adults. Trailer-in or ride one of our 13 wonderful academy horses suitable for every abilty level. Amy von Scholz, owner and Head Trainer is an active local Dressage judge and USDF L/distinction. She has been riding for over 30 years and has worked with some of the best trainers, including olympians as well as many grand prix riders in dressage, jumpers, combined training, equitation, hunters and graduated from Centenary College, one of the top equine schools, with a BA.
