Cori Nichols specializes in training both horses and riders for all aspects of balanced seat riding: dressage, stadium jumping and cross country jumping. With great enthusiasm, she teaches both children and adults how to communicate effectively, efficiently and tactfully with their mounts. Learn on your own horse, on one of the farm's quiet and capable school horses/ponies. Her home base is Norwegian Wood Farm, a 148 acre 'playground' for horse lovers, featuring a covered riding ring, numerous hacking fields,outdoor sand ring as well as the only cross country course in the Rondout Valley district. Come school over the professionally designed bank complex, water jump or other numeorous cross country obstacles for many ability levels. Cori also teached basic carriage driving lessons . .a must feel! She also travels to coach several clients in various parts of the region.
