Lessons: Private and small group lessons available by appointment. Classical riding is taught with a focus on strong horsemanship as the foundation for any riding style. The farm is hunter-jumper and cross country focused, but everyone is welcome! In fact, bareback riding during lessons is strongly encouraged to help students develop a strong core and seat. Our facility has lessons 6 days a week to fit your schedule excluding Mondays. We offer private lessons and group lessons. We have riding programs that fit every need, from the pleasure rider to the competitive rider. We will evaluate each rider and see what their short term and long term goals are and will strive to reach those goals. All of our programs emphasize on safety and rider development. I have been riding Hunter/Jumpers for over 20 years and a proud owner since the age of 13. I have been teaching Hunter/Jumper, Equitation, and Dressage riding lessons and training in these disciplines for over 10 years . I pride myself in the ability to take students and/or their mounts from the absolute beginning to the peak of their talent. I thoroughly enjoy what I do as a profession and my primary focus is always SAFETY and I believe in the philosophy that the horse comes first. During the early years of my career, I worked as a show groom for many trainers. I groomed at local horse shows all the way to Devon as well as The National Horse Show. My style of riding, teaching, and showing reveals my strong sense of tradition in the Hunters and Jumpers with a base in Equitation and Dressage. I have had the great pleasure to have shown and still show at the local show series circuits such as The Sussex Benefit Series, Smokerise, and Briarwood all the way to The Garden State Horse Show as well as The New Jersey State Fair Horse Show.
