Starting at day one of training with either a young horse or tune up on an older animal, Lizz encourages participation from the owner at each stage. Explaining through demonstration, she strives to impress on all her clients the importance of the relationship between the owner and the horse, not the trainer and the horse. By giving the owner the tools to continue the work with their own horse she increases their independence as they grow as horse people. It's your horse - Enjoy it! Lizz Blaum formed ZZ Training, LLC with the goal of promoting a harmonious connection between horse and rider partnerships in the Prescott, AZ area. Lizz evaluates behavioral problems, starts horses under saddle, and gives lessons to the owner to further their own horsemanship journey. For as long as she can remember, Debbie Jamsa has loved horses. Today, Debbie is living her dreams as the owner and head trainer of Happy's Dream Ranch.

After building their first ranch in Houston Texas 10 years ago, Debbie began her teaching career after a trainer she was working with asked if she would be interested in helping with her students. She quickly realized that her love and passion for horses was not just for riding, but it was to also share those values with others. Debbie immediately fell in love with teaching. After moving to Arizona, she continued to teach and studied to expand her riding and education. Debbie received certification through the American Riders Instructors Association and currently certified with the United States Hunter Jumper Association. In addition, after many years of study, Debbie has been approved by the United States Equestrian Federation as a 'r' Judge Licensed in Hunters and Hunter Equitation. She continues to work with and to inspire our students to develop better horsemanship as well as becoming better riders.

Fulfilling another life long dream, Debbie and her husband Kris founded the Sanctuary at Happy's Dream Ranch. The 36 acre facility cares for Retirement and Rehab horses as well as performance horses that just need to rest. Having the opportunity to care for these wonderful animals is not only a dream, but a way to give something back to them for all the years of service and unconditional love they provided for their owners.
