We are located in the Fishhawk/Riverview/Brandon Florida. The property is is very peaceful and friendly, professional atmosphere, most all of our boarders have been with us for 3 to 6 years. We are also referred to as one of the friendliest barn's in the area.

Extremely large airy barn with 20 Stalls 12 x 12 which provides an ideal environment for each horse, including automatic waters, other amenities include 3 large wash racks, separate feed room, tack room, and Men's and Ladies bathrooms.

Full Board Equine Boarding facility, Daily turnout in our generous well maintained pastures, Full Care, Open 7 days a week, English, Dressage, Western Pleasure, Cart's, Private instructions, Retirement with full care , Hunter Jumper Arena, Round Pen and plenty of pleasure riding areas. Cottonwood Equestrian Center in Lithia is offering spacious stalls (most 13' x 14' or 12' x 14) for $500 full stall board. Full board includes day or night turn out, rotational deworming every other month, custom feed program, blanketing and unblanketing in winter months and we are happy to fly spray before turn out if you leave your fly spray bottle on the blanket bar on the stall. We use slow feed hay nets to ensure everything is eaten instead of walked into the bedding. The barn is equipped with a bathroom (shower to follow) as well as a small refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.
