Horse boarding, training, and riding lesson facility with 300 x 150 covered riding arena, 80’ covered round pen, 22 matted stalls, oscillating fans, wash rack. 10+ miles of private trails. Standard rate is $700/mo. plus feed cost for full board, we feed hay and grain 2x day, apply new shavings 3x week, give daily turnouts, and place fly masks and blankets when requested. Tack room, restrooms with showers, trailer storage. A 4 Stall VIH Barn is also available with 8 acres of pasture. Property is surrounded by Longleaf Pine Preserve between New Smyrna Beach and Deland off I-4 & Hwy 44 just 40 minutes from Orlando.
