DEKO Ranch is a full service equestrian facility for all riding abilities. Our ranch is set up for team roping, cutting, barrel racing, reining, jumping and many other disciplines and welcomes all riding abilities. Multiple boarding and custom care options with a friendly atmosphere. Owner's live onsite and take meticulous care of the grounds and facilities. Barn Staff are onsite most of the day and will monitor you horses health and ensure your feed requirements are met.

Property: DeKo Ranch consists of 45 acres with an additional 100 acres to explore. Box Elder Creek meanders through the property and runs all year. The creek provides a picturesque setting for our boarders and guests to enjoy nature and trail rides.

Outdoor Arena: 150 x 360 foot outdoor arena has a side alley and pens to accommodate cattle. The size of the arena allows for roping, reining, riding, barrel racing, cutting and more.

Round Pen: 50' Round Pen had deep footing and rubber kick walls. This is a great spot to work with a young horse or get some ground work done.

Indoor Arena: The indoor barn is 50 x 120 and has excellent footing. A dust palliative is added to make it enjoyable to ride year round.

Breezeway Barn: This extension off our indoor arena provides your horses with protection from the elements and a convenient location. Each of the 10 runs has a separate heated Nelson automatic waterer a heavy pipe fencing. 12 X 40 single horse runs

Outdoor Runs: We built these pens to last with heavy pipe fencing. Each pen has a heated Nelson automatic waterer and 12x12 sheltered area. Includes feeding twice daily and cleaning of pens as needed. Two horses will easily fit in these 30 x 50 runs.

Lynchland Stables is a friendly, healthy place to board your horse. We have an experienced staff, excellent feed and fabulous equine friends for your horse! Lynchland Stables has been active in the Fort Collins community for almost 20 years, growing great riders and sane horses.

Lynchland has knowledgeable instructors - Jackie Lynch and Susan Herlihy are our upper level trainers, and Katie is our rockin' kids instructor. We have over 15 lesson horses, and a lesson program that serves students from the ground up - from learning how to groom a horse correctly, to competition on local circuits, to the importance of participating in the rescue community.

Lynchland has a huge outdoor arena with stadium jumps, an 85x150 indoor arena, a regulation small dressage arena, a 60' round pen, and a 4 acre cross country jumping field, with jumps that will take you from Elementary to Prelim levels. In 2017, we also added a water complex!

Come join our family! We are a small boarding facility on 28 acres in Greeley! We offer pasture boarding for $300 a month. We also offer stall boarding with turnout for $350 a month. We are a high quality, full care horse boarding facility with years of experience to properly care for your horse. Facilities include a lighted indoor arena with heated viewing room, large outdoor arena,round pen, hot-water washrack, tackroom, public restroom and free trailer parking. All on 35 acres. We also have a hacking path around the property, with some obstacles to keep it interesting. Our barn is attached to the indoor riding arena so you never have to go outside in poor weather. A small and private facility boasting the best of both boarding worlds. We have a large 120X240 outdoor arena, round pen, and large turnout pastures. Your horses can be in either a pasture facility with state of the art shelters, or in our BRAND NEW 12X12 stalls with runs attached. Turnout is included if desired. Blanketing and unblanketing is also available and included if desired. Hay storage available. You can provide your own grain and hay, or I will and simply charge you what I pay. This is not the typical boarding facility filled with people who want to tell you everything about how to ride and care for your horse, it is a small private place with horse people who love what they do.
