First Class Horse Complex is a complete equine facility. We offer boarding, training, lessons, stallion service, stallion management, mare foaling services, and showing. We specialize in Paso Fino Horses but welcome all breeds and disciplines. We concentrate our lesson program on young beginner and adult beginner riders, but we train advanced riders to the national level as well. Paso Finos, a Welsh Pony, and Quarter Horses are available for use in the School of Horsemanship. These are available for you to join in on if you board with us, we require payment beforehand for the farrier visits unless you plan to be there when the trims are being done. Services include evaluating your horse and helping you to find the best match. There is no pressure here. We are great at starting young stock and getting it ready for the show ring.

Lazy S is a multi-discipline facility located off of Loomis Road in Muskego. We have stall board currently at $265/month and pasture board currently at $185/month. There is a large indoor arena and a large outdoor area with some trails on the property. Stall horses are fed hay/grain twice daily with supplements given at no additional cost. Pasture horses receive a weekly rotation of round bales and have access to a large barn during inclement weather. All horses have full access to grass pastures throughout the Summer months. Some of the other amenities include our heated lounge with bathroom, television with cable tv, individual tack lockers, use of Fly-Predator (very helpful for the Summer) and a regular de-worming program. All boarders are welcome to bring in their own trainer as long as they provide their own insurance. Lazy S is a close-knit facility where we all look out for each other.
