All inquiring customers must include references, also note any considered horses must be up to date on all veterinary care and must be able to provide proof of a current coggins test and vaccinations.
Our full care stabling rate is $975 per month and includes:

We are a small barn located in berrien county! Both of our main care takers live on-site 24/7. We have large spacious stalls with personal run outs through Dutch doors! Both care takers have been around and handling horses their whole lives. We are located 10 minutes away from the Berrien County fair grounds! We are open to working with outside trainers for our boarders. We have a large indoor arena, cross ties, beautiful trails, jump set ups, barrels, trot poles, a seasonal cross country course, tack room space, a wash stall, and two ponds to view on the trails. We provide hay that is freshly cut each season on the property, we provide basic grain and owners can bring their own, we are a partial care facility but full care is an ad on. We do have many additional services to go with board if the owner chooses, for example, hand walking, lunging, riding, grooming/ bathing (daily or that day), arena rental for groups or lessons, trailer parking warm and cold seasons, daily private turn out. We are a full care boarding facility with a choice of stall board or pasture board. We have a 60x80 indoor, a 80x175 outdoor,and tack lockers for our boarders. Here your horse comes first! Each horse is feed per their own dietary needs. Horses are grained at least 2x a day and feed hay 3x a day. A de-worming program is included in our boarding prices. We are based in a lovely country setting and have numerous dirt roads to ride on.

We also offer western, hunt seat, dressage and jumping lessons for beginners to advanced riders. There is a Therapeutic Riding Program at our barn for people with special needs!
