Hundreds of acres of amazing riding trails, 100' x 350' arena fenced in, w/jumps & barrels.

Nearly new, breezy 6 stall, concrete center aisle barn with 12' x 12' stalls & a 16' x 16' air conditioned tack room w/space dedicated to each boarder. Included are all the above amenities plus fly spraying, fly mask on/off, blanketing, customized turnout and a lighted stable yard, mounting block & a 3 tier outdoor saddle rack.

There's a restroom in our air conditioned "club house" with break room, kitchenette & shower/changing room soon to come.

My husband and I are both gator alumni (Go gators!!) and live on our 15 acres. I have my PhD in Equine Nutrition and was on the UF eventing team. High and dry, Brand new horse facility in Orlando located within 1-mile from Toll Road 417 - Curry Ford Road exit. Each of the ten 12X12 stalls are equipped with a closable back window, rubber mats, automatic waters, stall light, show light, fans and grain & hay wall feeders. The facility also offers a security gate entrance, 70ft round pen, riding arena, wash racks, air-conditioned tack room, clay arena, asphalt paving for parking and 3-large turn out pastures. A separate clubhouse with a full bathroom, kitchen and laundry room has recently been renovated.

Board includes am & pm feedings of Purina feed and T&A hay, DAC digestive enzymes, de-worming, sand clear, shavings, blanketing, turn out and vet & farrier attendance.

Barn manger, instructor and trainer Jennifer Prestin lives on premises. She offers lessons and trains in all disciples, such as jumper, equitation, showmanship, horsemanship, HUS and western pleasure. . . .
