The farm is set among the rolling hills of Orange County Hunt Territory, yet convenient to I-66, DC, and NOVA. Designed, owned, and operated by a veterinarian (living on site), the barn is airy with abundant natural light and boasts 12’ x 13’ stalls, heated wash stalls, and a temperature controlled tackroom. We offer ample private and semi-private turn-out in board fenced fields with an average of one horse per two acres. The farm features an 80’ x 200’ indoor arena with 600 square feet of mirrors and automated sidewalls for quick conversion to an airy, covered arena as well as a 100’ x 200’ outdoor arena with a regulation dressage ring. Radiating out from the barn are many options for private turn out that can be large or small, pasture or dry lot, most with run in sheds and fans. The stalls are 12 x 12 with several 12 x 24 foaling stalls and an observation room. Fencing is horse-safe woven Kentucky Diamond wire with top boards.
