Two locations to serve our clients Fox Pointe Farm and Fox Pointe Farm East. Operated by trainer/owner Colleen Seely, Fox Pointe Farm offers full care boarding, pasture boarding, riding lessons, show team, horses & ponies for lease, and a small selection of quality sales . FPF has been developing quality horses and riders in the Richmond area since 2005. FPF is dedicated and compassionate about providing customized attention to both the horse and rider whether their goals are to compete in the hunters , equitation, jumpers or riding for pleasure.

Facility: 32 box stalls, 8 turnouts, 100x100 arena, 135 x210 lighted arena,wash stalls, hot/cold water, tack room with lockers, full bathroom, cabin, in-ground swimming pool for clients and bridle trails. On-site VHSA Horse Show Series.

Barn manager/owner lives at property and has 40+ years of horse experience. Laid back, drama-free environment. Sand ring Open fields and wooded trails for riding Fans are in the stalls in the summer months. Board includes grain (twice daily feeding), hay, and supplements. Hello...We have room available for two horses for full care. Beautiful barn and horse facilities in Clifton VA. Our property has a blue stone/sand riding ring 65' x 190', 3 lush pastures, a round pen, a versatile foaling stall, a tack room, feeding station for grain and hay and a second story hay loft. The barn has multiple matted box stalls. The property has a private driveway down to the barn and easy access to trails.

Full care includes water, hay, turnout and clean stalls for $550.

We are located 5 minutes from FFX pkwy, Ox rd/rt123, and GMU. We are located on the Fairfax Station/Clifton border.

This is a private barn which offers affordable stall board. Horses are well cared for, with safety, health, and happiness being my main concern. All breeds or horses and ponies are welcome. Small herd of mixed horses have access to mineral blocks, natural shelters and run-in, and box stalls with sawdust bedding. Also on the premises are; 60x120 bluestone outdoor riding ring, bluestone outdoor 60' round pen, 12 acres of wooded trails, outdoor wash stall, tack room/feed room, and large center aisle with cross ties.

Board includes; grain 2x/day, hay as needed, wormer, grooming, clean stalls (every day), blanketing, fly masks, and holding for farrier/vet. We are a small, private stables offering lessons to children, teens and adults. We offer boarding and sales.

LookUP Farm is training out of Morningside Training Farm in The Plains, VA. This facility has an indoor, outdoor, track, and complete cross country course. Personal care and attention to details is our speciality. Your horse will be treated as one of our own. Feeding 3x a day, ample hay, turnout, grooming daily, owner supplied supplements fed, and blanketing is all included full board. Training is available with certified IAES trainer Isabel Price.

Our Family has a 10 acre farm... We have 4 paddocks for a total of 5-6 acres for field boarding. There is also a 4 stall barn on site. It has running water and space for your needs. You provide the feed and veterinary care. We will feed your horse(s) or pony(ies) and give them lots of attention. There is usually someone home 24 hours a day. The property is very peaceful and includes a 1 acre pond for fishing. Feel free to throw your pole in for some good fishing while visiting your horse :)
Prices: $200 for 1st horse/pony; $175 for additional horses.
