LookUP Farm is training out of Morningside Training Farm in The Plains, VA. This facility has an indoor, outdoor, track, and complete cross country course. Personal care and attention to details is our speciality. Your horse will be treated as one of our own. Feeding 3x a day, ample hay, turnout, grooming daily, owner supplied supplements fed, and blanketing is all included full board. Training is available with certified IAES trainer Isabel Price.

Our Family has a 10 acre farm... We have 4 paddocks for a total of 5-6 acres for field boarding. There is also a 4 stall barn on site. It has running water and space for your needs. You provide the feed and veterinary care. We will feed your horse(s) or pony(ies) and give them lots of attention. There is usually someone home 24 hours a day. The property is very peaceful and includes a 1 acre pond for fishing. Feel free to throw your pole in for some good fishing while visiting your horse :)

Hello...We have room available for two horses for full care. Beautiful barn and horse facilities in Clifton VA. Our property has a blue stone/sand riding ring 65' x 190', 3 lush pastures, a round pen, a versatile foaling stall, a tack room, feeding station for grain and hay and a second story hay loft. The barn has multiple matted box stalls. The property has a private driveway down to the barn and easy access to trails.

Full care includes water, hay, turnout and clean stalls for $550.

I work closely with owners and each horse gets individualized care and attention. I offer Southern States/Legends pelleted feed to all horses daily, along with quality 24/7 forage . Fly spray (owner provides) during the summer months, blanketing during the winter months and everything else in between is provided at no additional cost to owner. Our horses enjoy maximum turnout time in small herds (5 or less). No trailer, not a problem...we have miles of tree lined trails right out the back gate along with many more just a short haul away! We also have a small lighted ring (currently beibg redone), large grass ring, shared tackroom space, bathroom and heated/air conditioned lounge for client use. My family and I own and live on the premises and all horses are checked and inspected throughout the day by me.
