Located in Suffolk on the border of Isle of Wight, this full board barn is on 26-acres for you and your horse to enjoy! The property includes a mix of pastures secured with Ramm fencing, open acres, and wooded acres. We're a low key, relaxed, no drama barn with 12'x12' matted stalls. There is a large round pen and a grass dressage arena. Obstacles to come shortly. The property has electricity, water, and owner on site. There are several nearby parks with horse trails. Space for one trailer is available. We offer individualized, personal care for your horse the larger barns just don't have the time to give. No extra charge for putting on blankets or fly spray. Private boarding facility near Norfolk. Stalls are 14X14 with overhead fans, lights, automatic water system, and Dutch doors opening to the front and back of stalls. Amenities include tack room, laundry facilities, large arena with lights, round pen, ample turnout with run in sheds, and 2 wash racks with hot and cold water and overhead heat lamps.
