Beautiful private 15 stall barn conveniently located right on 250 at the base of Afton Mountain, just 15 minutes from Charlottesville, 5 minutes from I-64 and 15 minutes from I-81. Also very close to Waynesboro,Crozet, Stuarts Draft, Fishersville, and Staunton. Greenway Farm specializes in exceptional individualized care and attention of our boarders. We understand that different horses have different needs and strive to provide a fun and friendly atmosphere.The facility is designed to provide the most comfort for you and your horse in a gorgeous setting with incredible views! The insulated barn stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It is fully equipped with rubber brick paved isle with over head fans, temp controlled tack room, lounge and bathroom, and 12 x 12 stalls featuring stall mattress systems, wall-mounted fans, and Dutch windows. Top quality feed and hay. Your choice of private or small group turn-out in any one of our 8 paddocks which include run-in sheds and double, four board fencing. Paddocks are over-seeded and fertilized twice annually to ensure quality grazing year round. Large outdoor arena containing a full coarse of show quality jumps and featuring the most advanced synthetic felt footing and irrigation system available. Small indoor recently built as well. Greenway Farm frequently attends many of the surrounding 'A' and schooling shows and is conveniently located in the middle of hunt country. Breaking, training and lessons available.
