We are a small private facility offering stall board from $525, all fields have board and rail, we are attached to 90 acres of private trails and only a couple of minutes ride from the lower Mcgruder trails leading onto Seneca Greenway trails, we have a 100 x 200 blue stone arena, owners are on the premises 24/7 we use natural predators to help control our flies and offer an assortment of hay and grain, as each horse is an individual we offer individual care, this is a great enviroment for a retiree, board does include blanketing, fly masks, holding for the vet etc. We also have 2 stalls available for assisted self care $350 per month per stall.... We have miles of trails surrounding the property. We also have a lighted indoor and outdoor ring which allows for boarders and lesson students to ride year round. Family oriented, old, historic farm. Full care includes twice a day feeding. We offer boarding, lessons, training, and leasing. Although some of our boarders do show various disciplines from western pleasure through hunters,we are more of a trail/fun barn. We are not a show barn. Very laid back. Children welcome with adult supervision. Weekend trail rides together. Ride our trails to the water(that is part of our property) and take your horse swimming. We believe in leaving our horses out in the pasture with run ins unless the weather is bad. Each Horse is brought in twice daily to their stall for feeding and injury check. All stalls are rubber matted and have fans. Lots of private trails, water view. We currently have 3 openings for mares and geldings [mares and geldings are separated in different pastures] although stalls tend to go quickly. $375 per month. The 13 acres include 6 acres of mature pasture with 5 paddocks, 1 acre of residence, and the rest are forest, pound, private riding trail and valley. The property has a 1/4 mile private new paved driveway, and is backed by the upper stream of the Patuxent River. The farm is less than 1 mile away from Walmart Shopping Center, 3 miles away from Bowie Town Center, less than 20 minutes driving distance to Annapolis, about 30 minutes to Fort Meade, less than 40 minutes driving distance to Washington DC and about 45 minutes to Baltimore. You can also take New Carrollton Amtrak, or Green Belt metro station to Washington DC or many other places. To New Carrollton Amtrak metro stations is less 20 minutes driving, and about 35 minutes to the Green Belt one.
